Quality Management Plan

Zenith Consultants has established, documented, implemented and maintained a Quality Management System and initiate efforts to continually improve effectiveness in accordance with ISO 9001: 2008.

For which Organization has

  • Determined the processes needed for the quality management system and their application throughout the organization in the Quality System Manual QSM.05.
  • Determined the sequence and interaction of processes in QSM.05.
  • Determined the criteria and methods needed to ensure that the operations/ activities and control of these processes are effective.
  • Ensured the availability of resources and information necessary to support the operation/ activities and monitoring these processes
  • Defined process to monitor measure and analyze performance of these processes, where applicable.
  • Defined process to implement actions necessary to achieve planned results and continual improvement of these processes in the form of Management Review and Quality Policy Deployment.
